PENSACOLA, Fla. – UWG Baseball dropped their fifth straight game after a 7-6 extra inning loss to West Florida on Sunday.

Robert Coleman made his third start of the season on Sunday, going 3.2 innings while giving up seven hits, three earned runs, and one walk.
It was a rough first inning for Coleman as a wild pitch from the Junior surrendered the first run of the game, followed by an RBI-Double from the Argonauts to make it 2-0 in the first. With two outs in the inning, UWG's defense began to struggle as back-to-back errors from the Wolves allowed West Florida to score their third run in the inning to go up 3-0.
Consecutive singles from
Sam Ladner and
Jackson Webb was the start of a big second inning for the Wolves.
Fuzzy Furr cashed in on an RBI Opportunity with an RBI-single that scored Ladner to put UWG on the board. After a groundout from Johnathan Logsdon that scored Webb,
Anthony Calabro blasted an RBI-double to tie the game at three.
