CARROLLTON, Ga. – Fourteen UWG football standouts from the 2025 season were named to the Phil Steele All-United Athletic Conference teams announced this week.  

Two were First Team selections in defensive lineman David Hoage and kick returner DeAndre Buchannon.  

On the second team, UWG had three offensive selections in running back Latrelle Murrell and offensive linemen Sam Regina and Brody Balliew.  

Defensively, Jalen Burton was a Second Team selection while Buchannon appeared on the Second Team as well as an all-purpose player.  

Jay Carter was a third team selection at linebacker.  

Davin Wydner and Jordan Dee's were fourth team selections on offense with Robert Johnson, Micah Thurman, and Kyeaure Magloire earning fourth team selections on defense.  

Tommy Holden was the fourth team kicker while Burton also garnered a fourth team honor at kick returner.
