Played in nine games as a junior for the Wolves, posting 28 tackles, including two for a loss...had one sack, two forced fumbles and a pass breakup...had a fantastic day on Homecoming against Southern Arkansas on October 2...in that game, he had seven tackles, all solo and on one play, collected his sack and one forced fumble that was a game-changer.
2009
Had 33 total tackles a year ago, including seven and one TFL vs. Henderson State …made 47 tackles as a freshman, highlighted by 31-yard interception return vs. Henderson State and had a blocked punt vs. Valdosta State.
HIGH SCHOOL
Was a top prep performer for Coach David Johnson at Lee County High in southwest Georgia …won defensive back of the year and defensive player of year honors for the Trojans …also captured all-region and athlete of the year distinction …beyond football, was also a standout on the wrestling team.

Born May 16, 1990 …son of Henry and Leslie Jones …is majoring in Criminology with ambition for a career in law enforcement with D.E.A., A.T.F., or U.S. Marshall service.
