A two-star player according to Rivals.com. Played middle linebacker at Harrison High, collecting 79 tackles over his final two years. Of those 79 tackles, 15 were sacks. Also a running back that rushed 133 times for 600 yards. Ranked as the 17th-best linebacker in the state of Georgia for 2011 by Scout.com. Clocked in the 40 at 4.57. 2010 NUC Combine LB MVP and Leadership Award.
