Biography

Overview
Very gifted young player returning for his fifth season in Wolves program …was an anchor on the offensive line as a freshman in 2008, but was a medical redshirt a year ago, following injury suffered during preseason camp …brings a combination of strength, explosiveness and non-stop motor to UWG blocking corps …has worked hard to rehab and is expected to be 100% this fall, and should be a candidate for post season honors this season.

HIGH SCHOOL
Enjoyed a stellar career for coaches Troy Jones and Marshall Hayes at Osborne High in Cobb County. Ukandu won a variety of honors, including team MVP, offensive lineman of the year, top scholar athlete; and was chosen at his school as male athlete of the year. He was also named MVP of county all-star game.

PERSONAL
Born September 26, 1989 …son of Ukandu and Judith Emeonye ... majoring in Biology and has the ambition of playing in the NFL, coaching, or a career in physical therapy.
