Career
A legend at the University of West Georgia with one of the best longevity streaks of any player in school history ... started in 46 of 47 contests over his four-year career at UWG ... set the record for most career kick blocks with 13, including a single-season UWG record of seven as a junior ... helped lead the Wolves to two straight trips to the NCAA Semifinals, as well as back-to-back Super Region 2 championships ... had 12 career interceptions, including a career-high five as a senior in 2016 ... had 123 tackles, including 106 solo in his career ... had 24 pass breakups and 36 passes defended for his career ...

2016
Played in all 11 games for the Wolves as a senior with 10 starts ... led the Gulf South Conference in interceptions as a senior with five ... led directly to two touchdowns for the Wolves, returning an interception for a score and blocking a punt that was picked up and returned for a score ... had five pass breakups and 10 passes defended on the year ... tied for sixth on the team with 33 tackles, including 29 solo.

2015
Started all 14 games of the 2015 season at cornerback for the Wolves... Sayles finished the season with 31 total tackles, one interception, five pass breakups, and seven blocked kicks... He blocked two kicks in one game against Fayetteville State and his best game was against North Alabama where he totaled eight solo tackles, a pass break up, and a blocked kick... Sayles also blocked a punt and returned it for a touchdown against Clark Atlanta which was a viral hit in 2015... had five pass breakups and six passes defending on the year ...

2014
Played in all 15 games for the Wolves ... was 12th on the team with 40 total tackles with 31 solo stops ... also recorded 3.5 tackles for loss ... was tied for second on the team with three interceptions ... had two interceptions against Delta State in the second round of the NCAA Playoffs on November 29 ... recorded a season-high six tackles in the season opener against Mars Hill ... broke up eight passes on the year and had 11 passes defended.

2013
Played in all 11 games and started in seven for the Wolves as a redshirt freshman ... made an immediate impact in the season opener, his first collegiate game, blocking a punt that was recovered for a touchdown for the Wolves against Mars Hill ... also had an interception in that game, helping lead the Wolves to victory and earning the Gulf South Conference Special Teams Player of the Week award ... had 19 total tackles on the year with 14 solo stops ... led the team with three interceptions on the year with one blocked kick ... had six pass breakups and nine passes defended.

Prepped at Chattachoochee High School in Alpharetta, GA ...
