How to Sign in

Please note, existing login credentials and payment information were not transferred from the previous ticketing system to the new vivenu system. Account activation instructions were sent to your email on file. If needed, step-by-step instructions can be found below.
New Customers
Please use the instructions below to set up your account
Set Up Your New Account
- Navigate to https://vivenu.com/seller/university-of-west-georgia-5q5z on your desktop or mobile device.
- From the "Sign In" prompt, select "Register For Free" and complete all required fields.
- You may use the same email account and password as before.
- Check your email inbox for an account verification email and follow the instructions provided in that email to complete the process.
- Navigate back to goprincetotigers.com/tickets to view events and purchase.
How to Access Tickets/View Mobile Wallet
- Navigate to https://vivenu.com/seller/university-of-west-georgia-5q5z on your desktop or mobile device.
- Sign in to your ticket account.
- Select the "tickets" tab to view your tickets.
- From here, you can see the upcoming events by scrolling up and down.
- Choose "Add to Wallet" (Apple or Google) on the ticket(s) you want to store.
- All mobile tickets will have QR Codes that will be scanned upon entry.
Fans are encouraged to download their mobile tickets as soon as possible after completing their purchase and before arriving at the event. Tickets stored in your mobile wallet will automatically update when game times are set, can be easily opened from your device's home screen on the day of the event, and do not require Wi-Fi or cellular service to be accessed. Screenshots will not be accepted for entry
How to Transfer Tickets
- Navigate to https://vivenu.com/seller/university-of-west-georgia-5q5z?path=tkt on your desktop or mobile device.
- Sign in to your ticket account.
- Select "Transfer" on the event you would like to transfer.
- Select the seat(s) you want to transfer and tap "Proceed."
- Select the game(s) you want to transfer.
- Enter the email address of the person to whom you would like to transfer ticket(s).
- Tap "Submit" to initiate the transfer,
Once your transfer has been sent, the recipient will receive an email with a link to accept the transfer. They will not be required to create an account. You may cancel the transfer at any time until it is accepted.
