Biography

2020 (Samford)
Played in five games during the COVID-shortened season…drew three walks… recorded a triple and an RBI against Alabama A&M.
 
Previous College: Played in 52 games at Chattahoochee Valley Community College…  recorded a .392 average with 65 hits, four home runs, 40 RBI, 57 runs and 13 stolen bases… had four three-hit games and three four-RBI games.

“Davis will be a tremendous addition for our program. He brings great leadership skills and a track record of always hitting and winning. He will play all over the field for us defensively but we see him getting a lot of playing time out in the outfield. In junior college he hit, at Samford he hit, and we do not expect anything to change once he puts on the uniform here. Anytime you can add a graduate transfer to the lineup and in the locker room it adds amazing value to a program. He will hit in the top of the order for us and be a guy we rely on to lead.”
