Overview
As a sophomore at Gordon State, Williams played in 55 games, hitting .311 with 11 home runs ... drove in 49 runs, stole 15 bases, and scored 45 times ... had an on-base percentage of .430 and a slugging percentage of .590 ... Played in 31 games as a freshman at Gordon State … hit .250 hit 20 hits including three doubles and a pair of home runs … drove in eight runs on the season while scoring 24 … had a .368 on-base percentage … stole two bases … Prepped at Central High in Phenix City, AL … played in 25 games as a senior, hitting .286 with 14 RBI, a double and a home run … was named an AHSAA All-Star in 2015, representing the South team … also played basketball in high school.
