As a player for Valdosta State, Chris Anderson was among the most reliable receivers in the Gulf South Conference. Anderson this season will utilize his skills as West Georgia’s wide receivers coach.

A native of Brunswick, Anderson was part of coach David Deans’ 2012 national title team at VSU. He ended his career with the Blazers with 159 receptions for 1,457 yards, and 12 touchdowns. Anderson may have saved his best performances for games vs. UWG. His five-game totals vs. the Wolves include 22 receptions, 174 yards, and three touchdowns.
