DJ Hazelray

DJ Hazelray is in his first year as the Wolves' wide receivers coach. 

Hazelray, a veteran coach in the Georgia High School scene, makes the jump back to the collegiate scene ahead of the Wolves' 2025 season. 

Most recently, Hazelray was the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Warner Robins High School, helping the Demons to 16 wins over the past two seasons. 

Prior to his time at WRHS, Hazelray was at Rome High School and has also coached at South Georgia powers Thomasville and Valdosta High Schools while also spending four years coaching at the high school level in Tennessee. 

Hazelray began his coaching career as a strength and conditioning coach at Western Kentucky University in 2015. 

A native of Chattanooga, Hazelray was an All-Conference wide receiver at Bethel University, and earned a bachelor's degree in physical education in 2013 and a master's degree in education in 2018. Hazelray also holds an educational specialist degree from Valdosta State.
