Sean Reim joined Steve Englehart's staff as an offensive analyst in 2026, coming to Carrollton after a stint at Division II Adrian College.
Reim was the Bulldogs' pass game coordinator and also worked with tight ends and running backs. The 2025 Bulldog offense was tops in the nation in turnover margin, second nationally in completion percentage (74.1%), 15th nationally in Total Offense, 18th nationally in passing efficiency and ranked 25th nationally in first downs and passing offense. The offense averaged  40.7 points per game and the team posted their first eight-win season since 2014. Adrian's offense broke multiple school records in 2025.Â
Prior to his stop at Adrian, he was the Quarterbacks coach at Western New Mexico University in 2023. He coached Quarterback Devin Larson who was honorable mention all Lone Star Conference despite only playing in six games.

Before his time as WNMU, he spent a year as the Tight End’s coach at Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. He was a student assistant for the Golden Knights in 2020 and 2021 where he assisted with the Quarterbacks. He played Quarterback for Gannon in 2019. Reim assisted in coaching 2022 first team all-conference Quarterback Kory Curtis in 2021, and second team all-conference Tight End Alex Whittaker in 2022.

He graduated from Gannon University in May of 2022, where he received his bachelor’s degree in marketing and Sports Management. He is a native of Erie, Pennsylvania.
