Joining Englehart's staff for year one at UWG is Will Carter, who serves as the Wolves' Special Teams Analyst.
Carter has spent the last four years in the athletics industry, most recently serving as an assistant coach in 2025 at Palestine-Wheatley High School in Arkansas. He was at Western Michigan during the 2024 season, also as a special teams analyst.
Prior to that, he served as a student assistant coach at his alma mater, the University of Arkansas. While a student at Arkansas, Carter was a sales associate for Tribe Soccer, an indoor training facility in Rogers, Arkansas.
Carter graduated from Arkansas in 2024 with a degree in Recreation and Sports Management.
