2025-26 (Vermont)
Simon competed in 18 games prior to suffering an injury. Through those 18 contests, Simon averaged 3.4 points and 2.2 rebounds per game, shot 57.1 percent from three and shot 65.0 percent from the field. Recorded a career-high 18 points vs Pepperdine University (Dec. 6th).
2024-25 (San Diego)
Appeared in 22 games while making four starts in the first four games of the season for the Toreros… Averaged 4.9 points and 2.3 rebounds, shooting 31.3 percent from 3-point land… Opened the season with back-to-back double-digit scoring performances with 12 and 14 points, against Rider (Nov. 6) and Boston University (Nov. 8), respectively in his first career starts… Grabbed career-high seven rebounds vs Pacific (March 6)..

Prep
Simon transferred to UWG in the summer of 2026 after playing for Vermont and San Diego. Prior to college, he prepped with the Royal Crown Academy in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where he shined as one of the best players in the country. Before his time was said and done, he received Canadian National Player of the Year honors, was named to the Provincial First Team, Won the OSBA Championship and played club for Vidal Messiah at Northern Kings
