Biography

Overview
UWG's newest addition brings impressive credentials from his two seasons at Southern Poly. A year ago he was named Southern States Athletic Conference's All East Division Team, and was once named the SSAC Player of the Week. He led his team in scoring with an average of 16.5 points per game, and was tops in both field goals made (169) with three-point field goals (81) on the season. Dortch shot over 46% from the field on the season (169-364), and hit a very impressive 82-of-188 attempts (43.6%) form three-point range. He is also a very good free throw shooter, connecting on over 80% of his shots at the line during the 2013-14 season. Dortch was also a solid performer for Southern Poly during his freshman season. He averaged 11.9 points and 3.9 rebounds per game, and was named to the SSAC All-Freshman Team.
