Brown-Carter started 27 of the Wolves' 28 games on the season, averaging 16.5 points and 4.0 rebounds per game over the course of the year. His scoring average put the McDonough native at fifth among scorers in the Gulf South Conference this season, just ahead of teammate Kadeim Jones, who averaged 15.8 points per game on the year.
The first start of the season for Brown-Carter came against Embry-Riddle in the opener, where he was 2-for-7 from three-point range, scoring 11 points and pulling down five rebounds. He scored 19 and had eight rebounds against Alabama Huntsville in the GSC opener, but his next big moment was to come just two games later. He had a three-game span where he scored 22, 24, and 26 from December 7 to December 19, with each being a season-high up until that point in the season.
After the holiday break, Brown-Carter had just two games where he didn't score in double-figures and had six games where he had 20 or more points. His season high came against Christian Brothers at The Coliseum, when he poured in 29 points, including 11 at the free-throw line. He also had 28 this past Thursday at The Coliseum against Auburn-Montgomery.

Moore says, “Seth is a very good athlete off his feet; quick off the bounce. And he can shoot from deep. He is a player who was highly sought after at our level. We expect him to make an impact for us right away.”
Brown-Carter averaged 13.7 points and 2.6 rebounds per game in 2018-19 for Gordon State. He shot better than 50% (143-285) from the field in 2018-19, and was a 43.2% three-point shooter, hitting 76-of-176 from beyond the arc. His efforts helped Gordon State to a 16-13 record a year ago.
