Overview 
The Wolves No. 1 starter from the 2011 season who will continue to be a vital cog in the success at UWG, giving the Wolves strong depth in the rotation.

2011
Had 32 appearances for the Wolves as a junior, collecting 25 starts and 20 complete games ... Went 12-13 with three victories by shutout and a 3.92 ERA ... Allowed just 88 earned runs in 157 innings of work, striking out 96 batters while walking just 66 ... picked up the first victory of the year and her first shutout in a 12-0 victory over Albany State in the season opener ... One of her top performances of the year was in a victory over North Alabama on April 2, where she allowed just one run on four hits with three strikeouts ... Later that same day, she pitched a perfect seventh to pick up a save and give the Wolves the sweep of UNA.

Eastern Arizona
Played for two seasons at Eastern Arizona College…had an ERA of 2.76 for the Gila Monsters. 

Onate High School
Prepped for coach Bobby Covarrubia at Onate in Hurley, New Mexico … named All-District in all four years, All-Region as a senior.

Personal
Daughter of Annette Tovar and Tony Diaz … Majoring in Secondary Education with a focus in Mathematics.
