Cardrina Nolen began her graduate assistantship under Joanna Reitz and the women's basketball program in the fall of 2023.

Nolen comes to Carrollton by way of Allen University where she lettered in basketball, earning a pair of SIAC Player of the Week Awards in her time as a Yellow Jacket. She was also awarded Allen's Best Offensive Player Award. She finished her Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management from Allen in May of 2023.

A Conway, Arkansas native, Nolen is pursuing a Master's in Sport Management from UWG.
