Appeared in 46 games and started 45 as the second baseman... Second on the team with 36 RBIs and third on the team with eight home runs...Accumulated 10 multi-hit games...Hit two home runs against Valdosta State on February 26

2023
Second Baseman who played and started in 40 games for UWG... Hit .340 and accumulated a .484 on-base percentage... Racked up 10 home runs and 38 RBIs... Had 15 multi-hit games, including a season-high four hits against Emory & Henry on March 18... Was named First Team All-GSC and Second Team All-Region.

2022
Played in and started all 44 games for the Wolves in 2022, primarily at the shortstop position... posted a .239 batting average on the season... had 39 hits, including six doubles and ended tied for the team lead in home runs with nine... had a walk off home run in the series finale against AUM on February 26... had three, three-hit games... 

At Coastal Alabama: Played in 44 games as a freshman in 2019 … hit .271 with a pair of home runs, 12 RBI, and 33 runs scored … stole 13 bases and had nine doubles … played in 22 games as a sophomore in a COVID-shortened season in 2020 … hit five home runs with 26 RBI in that season … hit at a blistering .381 pace, scoring 18 runs and swiping seven bases … hit eight home runs in his COVID-sophomore season in 2021 with 45 games played … drove in 40 runs and scored 20 with three stolen bases … hit 15 doubles.

“Sam is coming in to sure up our middle of the order offense and defense. Sam has hit a lot of homeruns and doubles in junior college along with saving a lot of runs at shortstop and second base in junior college. Our goal is to have him playing shortstop for us and defending at a very high level. Anytime you can add a middle infielder with some juice in the bat is a great bonus. Another guy that with his three years in junior college has hit at extreme high level against great competition and we are glad he is on our team.”
