Danford joins the Wolves after a top career at Lake Mary High School in Longwood as well as on the Hurricane Junior Golf tour ... She was a member of two FSHAA 2-A State Championship squads, winning the team title in 2009 and 2012. In the high school ranks, she was named FSHAA All-District Second Team in 2009 and was then named First Team All-District in 2010, 2011 and 2012 ... She was also the Runner-Up at the 2011 Seminole Athletic Conference tournament ... As a member of the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, she won the Northeast Florida Open in August of 2012, firing a 74 at Eagle Landing at Oakleaf Plantation ...
