At the UAB Invitational, ran 10:52.74 in the 3000m… At the Tryon Mid-Winter Invitational, recorded a time of 2:32.68 in the 800m and set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 18:40.11 to earn fourth place… At the ASUN Championships, ran 10:45.08 in the 3000m.
2024 Outdoor
Recorded a career best in the 10,000m at the Emory Spring Break Classic with a time of 43:04.75... Posted lifetime bests in both the 1500m race and the 3000m Steeplechase with times of 5:12.31 and 12:22.40

Posted a new career best in the 800m at the GSC Championships, finishing with a 2:32.75 time.
