Recorded a personal-best time of 5:13.80 in the 1500m at the Yellow Jacket Invitational to open the outdoor season… Earned a third-place finish in the 3000m at the UWG Legends Invitational with a time of 11:42.13… Added a 5000m mark of 20:20.08 at the UWG Legends Invitational… Broke the 20-minute barrier in the 5000m at the Asheville Bulldog Invitational, crossing the line in 19:59.71… Closed the season with a 1500m time of 5:15.68 at the Maroon and White Tune-Up.
2026 Indoor
At the Samford Open, ran 21:33.41 in the 5000m… At the UAB Invitational, recorded a time of 5:49.91 in the mile… At the Tryon Mid-Winter Invitational, set a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 11:29.49.
2024 Outdoor
