Posted career bests in the 60m and 200m race at the BSC Panther Icebreaker with times of 8.23 and 28.04... Recorded a personal best in the 400m at the South Alabama Jaguar Invitational with a 1:04.62 time.
2023 Outdoor
Ran a life-time best in the 100m dash at the UWG Legends Invitational with a time of 13.31... Fastest 400h time of the season was 1:13.19 at the USC Open Outdoor.... Fastest 200m time was 28.50 at the UWG Legends Invitational.... Also competed on the 4x100 team and 4x200m relay team...Â
