Coming to UWG by way of Snellville, GA, Jordyn Wright brings a host of experience to the UWG Volleyball program as a graduate assistant.
In 2011, Wright played collegiate volleyball at The College of Central Florida, catapulting the Patriots to a sixth place finish in the NJCAA Tournament in 2011, while ranking 13th in the country in assists per set, and a seventh place finish in 2012. After a two-year stint with The College of Central Florida, Wright joined FAMU in 2013 where she finished out her college career and secured a Bachelor's Degree in History in 2015.
When her athletic career came to a close, Wright stepped into coaching, serving as a club coach in 2016-2018 and a Volunteer Assistant at Tucker High School from 2019-2021.
Wright is now pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration with an anticipated graduation date of 2025.
