    Head Coach

Adam Milewski became the 11th UWG head volleyball coach in program history in February of 2026.

Milewski came to Carrollton following a very successful tenure at Division II Lynn University. Serving as the head coach at Lynn for over the past decade, Milewski brings with him a proven winning track record that is highlighted by a 2024 Division II National Championship and two Sunshine State Conference Championships.

Starting his coaching career at Lynn as an assistant in 2010, Milewski was promoted to head coach prior to the 2015 season. Since taking over the program, he accumulated a 212-100 (.679 WL%) overall record, featuring six 20-plus win seasons and seven NCAA Tournament berths.

Under Milewski, Lynn strung together its most successful six-season stretch in program history, totaling 152 wins from 2019-2025 for an average of 25.3 victories per season.

Not only did Milewski become the first Lynn head coach to win more than 200 games, but he also recorded the best win percentage in program history.

In his ten seasons as head coach (they did not play in 2020), Lynn made it to the NCAA Tournament seven times. Prior to taking over the program, Lynn had earned a spot in the tournament four times in their previous 19-year history of the program.

Lynn also made it to the NCAA tournament in his first year as an assistant coach (2010).

In the Sunshine State Conference, Milewski won SSC Coach of the Year in 2019 and in 2024, had 30 players earn All-SSC honors, two of those named Setters of the Year and one named Defensive Player of the Year.

Milewski also earned AVCA All-South Region Coach of the Year in 2019 and 2024 and had 20 players earn AVCA All-South Region honors in his tenure.

Nationally, Lynn boasted 19 American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) All-Americans during Milewski’s time as the program’s lead.

Milewski graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2003. Prior to graduating, he attended the University of Florida where he played middle blocker for their nationally ranked club team.Â
