Daniel Torchio joined the UWG strength and conditioning staff in January of 2026 as a graduate assistant.
A native of Staten Island, New York, Torchio was the linebackers coach at Tottenville High School in 2024 before turning his focus to a career in strength and conditioning.
He then spent 2025 as an intern in strength and conditioning at Syracuse working with the Orange football team.
A former football player himself, Torchio played a season at Wagner before playing four seasons at William Paterson University. Torchio earned a Bachelor's degree in exercise science from WPU and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Sport Management from UWG.
