In the second quarter, West Georgia struggled offensively, only scoring seven points in the period. AUM led 38-25 at the break and shot 40.6 percent from the floor, while holding UWG to 30.3 percent.

Out of the timeout, AUM scored six of the next eight points, putting UWG in a 48-27 hole with 5:19 left in the quarter. Buckets from Davis and K'Nari Holliday kept the Wolves afloat as West Georgia entered the final period down 56-39.
In the fourth quarter, it was much of the same as UWG fell, 70-57 in Montgomery.
Davis finished with a team-high 17 points while Holliday recorded 14 points and five rebounds off the bench.
