ORLANDO, Fla. - Amidst all the change over the past 12 months at the University of West Georgia, one thing remains the same: The UWG Cheer Dynasty is alive and well. And once again, they're National Champions.
Head coach Nicole Nichols and her squads made it a clean sweep, winning titles 30, 31, and 32, as the Wolves won Small Coed, Large Coed, and All Girl on Sunday at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World Resort.
"This is such a surreal feeling," said Nichols after a three-championship day, "These kids have worked so hard to prepare and most importantly have worked to build each other up day in and day out and it showed today."
UWG's celebration on Sunday at UCA Nationals began when the Wolves were announced as the National Champions for the Small Coed Division, besting out the other eight teams that reached Sunday's final performances.
Large coed joined the party next, winning their second consecutive National Championship.
The Wolves' All Girl squad completed the sweep when they returned to the top of the podium for the first time since 2022.
Sunday's trifecta of trophies comes after the Wolves got a title from All-Girl Group Stunt on Friday night as Piper Horne, Abby Faith, Abby Wang, and Kalli Grace Turman claimed first in that competition to open the weekend.
