DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Four stunt groups representing UWG cheer competed in the NCA Partner Stunt Championships in Florida this weekend with the All-Girl group of Haley McBroom, Jasmine Braddock, Journey Norris, and Sarah Klinck winning a second straight NCA Championship.
The quartet of Wolves continues to impress as the back-to-back NCA titles are coupled with a fourth-place finish at the UCA Nationals back in January. Additionally, all four student-athletes were gold medalists for Team USA at the ICU World Championships in 2024 and will compete once again in 2025.
In the Coed stunt competitions this weekend, the duo of Emma Perry and John Farrell led the contingency with a sixth place finish. Tori Napolitano and Max Housman finished 10th and Hannah Loyd and Dylan Worthington finished in 19th.
The 2025 calendar year continues to be one of the most successful in the history of the storied UWG cheer program. The Wolves won a UCA Group Stunt Title back in January and added a group stunt title at that competition as well.
Next on the docket for UWG's cheer student-athletes is the aforementioned ICU World Championships. The winning group mentioned above plus Kate Gann, Journey Willis, Clarke Johnson, and Josie Viator will represent UWG and Team USA at the competition on April 23-25 in Orlando.
