Tournament Format: 54 holes of team and individual stroke play. Each round team score is totaled by taking the low four scores from a five-person team.
Awards: Team Champion and Team Runner-Up will be awarded. Individual medalist, individual runner-up plus five all-tournament team members. Ties will be broken based on third round (or final round) score.
Team Tie: Tie will be broken by final round of each teams’ fifth player.
Individual Tie: If time permits, immediately following play, a playoff will determine a winner. Playoff starts on 18 and if still tied ater 18, holes 16, 17, and 18 will be used until a winner is determined. First player with a lower score will be the winner.
* If time does not permit, a scorecard playoff will determine the winner. The final round scorecard will be used starting with hole 18, working backwards.
Meals/Coolers: Coaches are allowed to have coolers. The following meals will be provided throughout the event: Monday lunch and dinner, and Tuesday lunch. Boxed lunches will be available for pickup at 11:30 a.m. from the Clubhouse Restaurant. Please let the West Georgia coaching staff know if there are any dietary restrictions. Dinner will be provided at the clubhouse after he conclusion of play on Monday.
Athletic Trainers: Certified athletic trainers will be at the clubhouse at 7:00 a.m. prior to the shotgun start on Monday and Tuesday.
Spectator Carts: Spectator carts are available for purchase for $35. Since players will be using carts, the number of carts will be limited. Carts will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Oak Mountain will not reserve a cart prior to play. Carts must remain on the cart path at all times. Players may not be transported by spectator carts.
Warm Up Assignments: Teams will have two spots each on the range and it will be designated by team signs.
Scorecards and Pin Sheets: Will be in the players' carts prior to the shotgun start. Coaches are to collect scorecards after each round and turn them into the scoring area in the restaurant.
