CARROLLTON, Ga. - UWG Tennis will end their road schedule against Albany State on April 6 at 2pm in Albany, GA.
The Wolves come into this game looking to bounce back from a three-game losing streak last weekend. The Rams are 17-6 on the season coming off a win against UWG's common opponent Georgia Southwestern.Â
"We have been working on being intentional with our short balls and not missing those," said Head Coach Rhonda Bush. "Short balls should be our point and it has not been going that way so we have been putting a lot of focus on that for this game. We have been bringing in our margins so that we are not missing wide."
Iuliia Dmitrieva will be looking for her 11th singles win this season at the top line in what should be a competitive matchup with ASU's No. 1. Â
West Georgia will finish the regular season with two back to back home matches against Georgia College and Lee University on April 11 and 12 at Sunset Hills CC.
