CARROLLTON, Ga. – Ten representatives of UWG Cheerleading will be representing the program on the national stage at NCA College Nationals, competing in the group and partner stunt competitions in Daytona, Florida on April 13.
The quartet of
Haley McBroom, Jasmine Braddock,
Journey Norris, and
Sarah Klinck will compete in All-Girl group stunt while three different duos: Ava Bonnaci and Kevin Ludwigsen, Baileigh West and Logan Schroder, and Madeline Vada Parker and Cary Fulks will participate in Coed partner stunt.
"We are so proud of our athletes who continue to raise the bar for our program," said head cheerleading coach
Nicole Nichols. "Competing at this event speaks volumes to the time and dedication each athlete has devoted to becoming the best they can for UWG and for each other."
Each group and partner duo had to submit a 45 second video of their routine to qualify, and the top 20 groups across the country were then invited to compete for a championship in April.

UWG Cheer has won three partner stunt titles in their history but only one of those came from NCA Nationals as Rai Pritchett, Melissa Blackmore-Wigley, Katie Xanders, and Destiny Leonard won group stunt in 2023.
