West Georgia Drops Game Two at Stetson

DELAND, Fla. - UWG baseball fell to the top-ranked Stetson University Hatters, 5-0, tonight in Florida, pushing the SU series lead to 2-0.

Following the game, head coach Jeff Smith had this to say about tonight's game, "Gonzalez (Jonathan Gonzalez) was great. He is a very good pitcher, one of the best in the league. Tonight, he kept us off balance. We couldn't get anything going."

Continuing to talk about tomorrow's series finale, coach Smith stated, "It's about competing. We have to go out and compete. We need to be able to create our own opportunities. They are very good team, but we have the ability to compete with anyone."
