CARROLLTON, Ga. - With the weekend winter storm affecting much of the Southeastern United States, the UWG department of athletics has announced a change in Saturday's basketball tip-off times. 

In an effort to complete the games and get the Queens basketball teams on the road earlier and ahead of the worst of the storm, the women's game will tip at 12 p.m. and the men's game will tip at 2:30 p.m. 

The UWG women are returning hom after a Wednesday night road loss to Central Arkansas while the men host Central Arkansas on Thursday night in The Coliseum. That game was also altered and is now set to tip at 5:30 p.m. to allow UCA to get a flight back home prior to the winter weather impacting their area.
