CARROLLTON, Ga. - The UWG women's golf team is set to wrap up the fall season this week at the Edisto Island Invitational at the Plantation Course in Edisto Island, South Carolina.
UWG is coming off of a record-setting performance in which the Wolves shot a final round 280 in Arkansas and look to ride that momentum into the final tournament of the fall slate.
It's the same five in the lineup, although head coach Will Snodgrass shifted the order with Sofia Mondragon anchoring the lineup in the one spot followed by Sophie Dhaliwal. Those two each finished in the top-10 at the Lady Red Wolves Classic and both finished with under-par rounds to help UWG set the new 18-hole team scoring record.
In the third spot is Emma Baier who closed with a 70 last time out. Anna Olesen shot a 73 in her last round to aid in the record-setting performance, and she'll be in the same four spot in the lineup this week.
Freshman Myla Rookard rounds out the lineup, making her third career start.
The Plantation Course at Edisto Island is a par 71, playing at 5,980 yards this week for the 14-team field including tournament host, College of Charleston.
