Carrollton, GA- The Wolves fought hard on the road at West Alabama tonight, but fell 3-0 with scores of 25-22, 25-16, and 25-12 respectively. They started out strong, but could not seem to come back after set two.
The Tigers were led by senior Callie Murphy and junior Briana Sandifer. Murphy tallied 35 assists running a 5-1 offense for the team. Sandifer added 12 kills and an impressive hitting percentage of .381. They also had 2 aces each. West Alabama finished with a team hitting percentage of .387 while our Wolves finished with a hitting percentage .096. The Tigers' offense won them the match.

Trina Braden changed up the Wolves' offense tonight, returning to a 6-2 offense with
Madi Fleming and
Kelcie Zimmer splitting time at the setting position.
Jaida Allen and
Katie Hanson led the team offensively with 7 kills each. Allen finished the match with a strong hitting percentage of .385, but our offense still couldn't match that of the Tigers tonight.
The Wolves are back in action on the road again tomorrow night, taking on the Choctaws at Mississippi College. The match is set to start at 8 p.m. Live stats will be available.
