CARROLLTON, Ga. - Two Wolves have been named Preseason All-ASUN selections ahead of the women's basketball season starting in just over two weeks. 
Junior guard Sydne Tolbert and sophomore forward Destiny Jones each were named to the Preseason All-ASUN team, and was one of just two teams to feature two preseason All-Conference selections.

Jones was a Freshman All-ASUN selection last season, scoring 11.2 points per game and pulling down 7.7 rebounds per game which was fourth in the ASUN and led all ASUN freshmen. 
Tolbert played in all 30 games with 16 starts as a sophomore a season ago, averaging 9.2 points per game. The Louisville native was ninth in the league in assists per game at 2.8. 
As a team, UWG was picked 10th in both the ASUN Preseason Coaches Poll and the Media Poll. FGCU was picked to win the league by both polls with Central Arkansas and Stetson being picked two and three by the league's coaches. In the media poll, Central Arkansas and Lipscomb were ranked two and three. 
The Wolves begin the season on Monday, November 3 with a cross-country road trip to Oregon to take on the Ducks at Matthew Knight Arena.
