CARROLLTON, Ga. - Three UWG women's basketball standouts, Sydne Tolbert, Gal-la Font and Grace O'Gara, were named to the Academic All-ASUN team.
The guard duo was instrumental in a successful 2025-26 regular season for the Wolves, all while maintaining a high-level of excellence in the classroom.
Tolbert holds a 3.68 GPA as a Health & Community Wellness while averaging fifth in the ASUN in scoring at 14.2 points per game and leading the league in field goal percentage.
O'Gara, also a Health & Community Wellness major, has a 3.61 GPA and averages 9.9 points per game and scored 10.4 per game against ASUN opponents.
Font, who is UWG's 2026 recipient of the Helena Harbridge Award that is given annually to an international student-athlete who excels in the classroom and in athletics, has a 3.79 GPA as an interdisciplinary studies major. The Barcelona, Spain native played every game with 26 starts and scored 4.6 points and 3.9 rebounds per game.
The duo of O'Gara and Tolbert rank fifth and sixth respectively in the conference in assists per game and they are tied for third in assist to turnover ratio at 1.3.
The Wolves open play at the ASUN Tournament on Tuesday in Jacksonville, Florida. UWG takes on North Florida on March 3 at Swisher Gymnasium on the campus of Jacksonville University.
