CARROLLTON, Ga. - UWG Athletics announced today the Locker Room Legacy Project, an opportunity for former players to sponsor their jersey number and leave a lasting mark on the program. Through this initiative, your locker will feature a custom plaque displaying your name, number, position, and years played—serving as an annual tribute to your time and impact at UWG. 

This project is about more than recognition—it's about connection. Each day, our current student-athletes will walk into the locker room and see the legacy of those who came before them. As a former player; your story, your number, and your contribution will serve as a powerful reminder of the standard that built UWG Football and continues to drive it forward. 

Your annual gift of $500 will also play a vital role in helping us compete at the Division I level by directly supporting key program enhancements, including an expanded nutrition program that fuels our student-athletes to train and perform at their highest level.
