CARROLLTON, Ga. - Head women's golf coach Will Snodgrass announced the addition of Alba Caliz Rejas.
Originally from Madrid, Spain, she spent the last season at Division II Emmanuel, where she finished with six top-10s in 10 events, including an individual win at the Currahee Cup. Caliz Rejas then finished sixth at the Conference Carolinas Championship before earning an individual bid to NCAA Regionals.
At Regionals, Caliz Rejas finished 28th in a field of over 100 of the best golfers from the Region.
She reached as high as 94th in the National Division II Rankings and finished the season ranked 110th with a 74.9 scoring average.
"Alba is going to be an excellent addition to our squad. She already has a year of college experience at Emmanuel University that included an individual tournament victory," said Snodgrass. "Alba will be a great fit for our group, and is a young lady of high character. I'm excited for the chance to work with Alba!"
Caliz Rejas was an All-Conference Carolinas selection, finishing second in voting for the league's Golfer of the Year.
This gives Snodgrass two signees to his 2026 class as in November he announced the signing of Myla Rookard out of Atlanta.
