ATLANTA, Ga-  The UWG women's track and field team wrapped up the final day of the Georgia Tech Invitational.

JUMPS AND VAULT
In the Women's Triple Jump, T'oni Birden placed in top-5 placing fifth with a 12.43m jump. Taylor Hampton had a 11.82m jump.

THROWS
Melita-Marie Roachford finished with a 37.34m throw in the Discus throw. Up next for the Wolves was Nicole Richards, who finished with a 30.50m throw while Kyla Ford recorded a throw of 30.07m.

SPRINTS & HURDLES
Kira Montefusco was the lone competitor in the 200m, she finished with a time 25.80.

There were two Wolves that competed in the 400m hurdles. Chloe Leblanc had a time of 1:03.46. Olivia Fulford finished with a time of 1:07.19.

DISTANCE
In the Women's 4x100 that consisted of Taylor Hampton, Campbell Brown, Dasani Minter, and Kira Montefusco placed 12th with a time of 47.28.

There were two Wolves that competed in the Women's 800m. Linda Vasquez finished with a time of 2:22.62, and Joycelyn Tifrea had a time of 2:29.01.

West Georgia will be back in action for the GSC outdoor Championship on May 2nd-4th at Montevallo.
