CARROLLTON, Ga. - The UWG women's golf team is set to begin play at the Tiger Classic hosted by Clemson on Monday morning, signifying the start of the 2025-26 season.
The Wolves begin year two of the Division I era and year two under head coach Will Snodgrass against a tough field in a one-day, 36-hole event hosted by Clemon on their home course, the Walker Course.
Snodgrass sends four returners out in his lineup, with one freshman making her debut in the red and blue. Sophomore Sophia Mondragon is in the top spot in the lineup, followed by freshman Sophie Dhaliwal. Senior Erin Sullivan is in the third spot in the lineup, with sophomore Anna Olesen playing number four and junior Hannah Barrett rounding out the lineup.
UWG is one of 11 teams in the Tiger Classic field that will take on the 6,200-yard, par 72 layout at the Walker Course.
