CARROLLTON, Ga. - One week into the 2025-26 season and UWG women's golf has their first ASUN Conference Golfer of the Week honor as junior Hannah Barrett was given the league's weekly honor on Thursday afternoon. 

Barrett opened her junior campaign with a 12th-place finish individually after back-to-back rounds of 72 at the Tiger Classic. In 36 holes, Barrett made 30 pars, rolled in three birdies and avoided any big numbers making just three bogeys. 

The Richmond Hill native earns the program's first ASUN Golfer of the Week honor in their second year in the league. Barrett previously won weekly honors in the GSC as a freshman three times in 2023-24. 

Barrett's next action with the Wolves is set for September 15-16 in Paducah, Kentucky at The Velvet hosted by Murray State.
