CARROLLTON, Ga. - The UWG women's golf team is back in action beginning on Monday, competing in the Magnolia Collegiate hosted by South Alabama at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail at Magnolia Grove.
The Wolves are playing in the state of Alabama on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail for a second straight week, after tying for sixth earlier this week at Jax State's home tournament.
Head coach Will Snodgrass made one switch to his starting five this week, inserting sophomore Keira Wolf into the fifth spot.
Sophie Dhaliwal who posted a career-best finish at Jax State last weekend is in the number one spot in the lineup this week, followed by Sofia Mondragon in the two spot.
In the third spot is Emma Baier with Hannah Barrett behind her in the fourth spot.
The Wolves are one of 13 teams in the field this week, with four additional teams from the Atlantic Sun Conference teeing it up. The field is strong with 12 Division I teams and the only non-Division I team is in the field, and it's the NJCAA's number three team, Seminole State. Eight of the twelve teams are ahead of the Wolves and only one team ranking outside of the top 200.
