CARROLLTON, Ga. - The UWG men's golf team is back on the road for a rare, one-day event on Monday, competing in the Southern Intercollegiate hosted by the University of Georgia at Athens Country Club.
The Wolves will have one day and 36 holes against a large field of 17 teams including four fellow teams representing the state of Georgia.
UWG will travel six golfers to the event, playing one individual. The lineup consists of Milton Wallin, Max Winnersjo, Thomas Romani, Jeremy Edmunds, and Luke Able with Will Sutton playing as the individual.
Wallin in the one spot is no surprise as the sophomore is playing great golf to start the spring. The Swede has been under par in five of six rounds through two tournaments in 2026 and has finished top-15 in both including the individual title at the Savannah Intercollegiate to help the Wolves to a team title in the process.
Golfer two through four in the lineup were at Surf Club last week with Luke Able's appearance at the five spot marking his spring debut and first action since The Scrappy back in October.
The field is made up of five teams from Georgia including the Wolves as they are joined by Augusta, Mercer, Georgia State, and the host Bulldogs.
