Consistent excellence was the hallmark of Tyrell Adams' four-year career with the West Georgia Wolves. Adams was a four-year letterman, a three-year starter, and the anchor of the UWG defense during the run to the NCAA Semifinals in 2014. He was the Wolves' leading tackler during his junior and senior seasons, and earned All-Gulf South Conference honors following both campaigns. He was also selected as a member of both the GSC and the UWG All-Decade Football Team. Adams ended his career with 217 career tackles and four pass interceptions, including one to clinch the 2014 playoff win at Valdosta State. After leaving UWG, Adams signed as an undrafted free agent with the Kansas City Chiefs in the National Football League. He played with the Chiefs, Oakland Raiders, Seattle Seahawks, Indianapolis Colts, and he has spent the last two seasons with the Houston Texans.
